THE IDEA BEHIND THIS STAY
Susana Balbo became Argentina's first female winemaker in an industry that, four decades ago, had no place for one. She and her daughter Ana later built a hotel around that same vineyard in Chacras de Coria, just outside the city of Mendoza — seven glass-walled suites, each with its own garden, each looking out toward the Andes.
This is not a hotel with a wine list. It is a family's own land, opened to a small number of guests at a time, with the family's own wines poured at every meal. The three nights here are built around exactly that: the vineyard, the wine, and the rhythm of a place that has never needed to rush.
THE STAY — DAY BY DAY

Day 1 — Arrival: Welcome to Mendoza
A 15-minute post-travel massage helps you settle in. The evening closes with turn-down service, a private in-room bath, and aromatherapy. The rest of the day is free.
Tonight you arrive. Tomorrow the wine begins.
Day 2 — The Winemaking Expedition
As the sun sets, a wine-based wellness treatment restores and reconnects. The evening is left open. After a full day of wine and food, dinner might be the last thing you need, though the option is there if you want it.
